Name:
Vana Mour
Gender:
Female
Age:
Three and a half. Adult.
Eyes:
A light celery green
Fur:
Dark, ashen gray
Appearance:
Vana Mour's coat is an ashy shade of gray. Her fur is soft to the touch and holds a glossy shimmer to it. Overall, Vana is what the norm for 'beautiful' would look like; a skinny, curved frame that, carved artfully, stands atop four long legs. Her fur isn't black, but a gray with a light dusting of ash to give it a shadowy, sultry feel. Her eyes are a light green, nothing spectacular but add a sweet touch to her very angled face. Behind her trails a longer tail, one with which it's length adds another curve to her body. Her toes are small and dainty, but hold claws with a sharp, lethal point. Atop her head, above her cucumber eyes sit triangle ears that are cut from the same gray velvet that her coat is.
Her gaze is soft and delicate, yet stern. She has a gentle visage and is often smiling with her eyes even if her lips are only resting. Vana's tail often just hangs behind her, not limp but instead a comfortable height. She does not hold herself too high or too low, but in the middle. Her beauty is merely the norm; she does not exceed 'pretty'. She strives to be extravagant and exquisite, but she never outwardly shows this.
Personality:
Vana has never been one to hold a harsh tongue. Her mindset has always been set in stone that gentle words-- firm and unfaltering, but gentle -- will almost always get others to react accordingly. Many do not know it, but Vana has an awful temper on her. However, she's learned to control her temper, somewhat, and for the most part it never shows. Rudeness, disobedience, and downright insults will get Vana's blood boiling. She cannot stand watching another be put down by petty insults. Though she may say she doesn't care what others think of her, she cannot stand being spoken of in a negative light. Her reputation means a lot to her some days, and then on other days she'll put her mental walls back up and tell the world she doesn't care. Her self-confidence, as shown, is still in construction mode. With each day that passes, she grows stronger in who she is.
As a healer, she loves to help other people. Her listening skills are something she takes a small amount of pride in; not too much pride, as she isn't a prideful wolf. When she heals, she converses with her patients. She takes time to get to know them, hear their personal stories. She's a people person; when others let her into their lives, she feels a sense of accomplishment and as if she has done her job. And that, to her, is the entire reason she was put on the Earth.
Strengths:
Caring, kind, gentle, firm.
Weaknesses:
Short temper, quiet, passive aggressive.
History:
Vana Mour grew up in a larger sized pack with dozens of members and a leadership base that was strong and seemed to be impenetrable. Her alphas were strong and they had almost every possible position in the pack filled out. The pack covered a vast majority of territory, and even so it was still a bit crowded from time to time. Vana, being a social wolf, didn't mind it at all. She was placed as the position of Apprentice Healer; she healed minor injuries in pups and elder wolves, members of the pack who didn't require more magic. She was one of four apprentices, as her magic was limited only to Simple Healing. Vana enjoyed her job, and often watched the pups of the pack while the hunters were out.
The day came when every empire falls. For Vana's home pack, it came on a stormy morning. Normally, when an alpha falls from power, another steps up in their place. However, when the alphess was found to be missing, a new alpha female was not put in her place; what would happen should she be found? The beta's remained in their rank as the alpha searched fitfully for her. A month passed, and Vana began to lose hope that their beautiful alphess was to return. Slowly, the pack's morale began to decrease. Before too long, pack members began to leave and it all began to fall apart. Soon enough, Vana herself left when there were only twenty members left. She said goodbye, and left to wander. She remains as a loner now, looking for a pack to call home.
