No New Posts Baren plains

Not too long ago a fire that started in the nearby forest spead and caught this land of tall and dry grasses in flames. With nothing to stop it, the flames ate everything in sight until they reached the large lake quite a distance away from here. Now it is brown dirt and dust where nothing grows. The rain turns the dirt into a slimy mush that is terrible to have to walk through, but maybe one day something will spout back up... maybe one day.

No New Posts Frosted Plains - 1 Viewing

A meadow consisting of green and gold stalks of grass spreading out for nearly six miles from north to south. They call it the Frost plains due to the more than average layer of frost and dew that set over the plains like a cover. Mostly likely brought from the cold north winds and mountain range nearby. A prime setting for taking down game of variable sizes, as most deer and elk manage to find their way here. However when their not about, the land if flat and free of trees. Making it a perfect spot for playing or running.

No New Posts Twin Willows - 1 Viewing

Close enough to the mountains that from the peaks, you can see the willows, these two weeping willow trees have been standing for what seems like forever. Both are incredibly large, their trunks alone spanning twenty feet, about ten feet away from each other, the entire area between them sheltered by the branches of the willows. It can be very romantic, particularly during the summer. This season heralds a large number of dragonflies and fireflies during the night hours, and shards of the moon can be seen through the branches if one were to look in the right places.

No New Posts Flowered meadow

Hundreds upon hundreds of different colored flowers seem to just naturally sprout up here. No one know why or how... they just enjoy the sight of it that can bee seen when up on a high ledge. It smells sweet and a wolf could spend hours hidden and relaxing in the cover of the plants watching the social bees and butterflys flutter about. Its too bad in fall that the flowers wilt and die leaving the land with a sad longing.
