Frozen forest

The only forest in the tundra. The mix of pine and leafed trees hold a simple magic that seems to touch the snow and grace the land. Nearly empty except for the few lone deers that eat the tree bark and the birds that do not migrate to warmer climates. Some areas are so dense that it seems as if you are constantly walking in the night but in other places it lets in the rare warmth of the sun.
